负责厂务系统设备设施维护保养，包含暖通系统、排风系统、压缩空气系统、纯水及软水、管道、阀门、变频器、传感器、电动执行器等
按照维护保养计划高质量完成周期性保养任务工单
对维修工单进行故障分析诊断，按照工作计划进行维修
现场运行数据采集和记录
现场监督第三方维护保养维修供应商工作质量
保持完整的维护保养维修记录和报告
设备异常状况及时汇报，设备设施的应急维修
与客户及上级保持密切的沟通
完成公司及项目交予的临时性工作任务
人员要求
大专或以上工科类专业，机电一体化相关专业优先
持低压电气操作证或者暖通证件
三年以上工作经验，一年以上设备维修维护经验，GMP医药行业厂务相关工作经验优先
熟悉中央空调系统、排风系统、管道阀门、自动控制等工厂公用设备设施运行原理，维护保养要求
具备机械、电气常见故障的诊断和分析能力
熟练操作基本的办公软件，具备简单的英文读写能力
良好的沟通能力
身体健康、吃苦耐劳、良好的服务意识和团队精神
