We are seeking a skilled Technician to support day-to-day building operations, maintenance, and repair activities across commercial facilities. About the Role:
Perform troubleshooting and corrective repairs for building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical components, pumps, valves, and mechanical equipment.
Support preventive maintenance activities — inspections, servicing, lubricating, and replacing building components as required.
Assist with installation, modification, and upgrade works for building equipment, systems, and interior finishes (ceilings, hardware, paintwork, flooring).
Maintain fire protection and life-safety systems, including alarms, pumps, and related equipment.
Respond promptly to emergencies, service requests, and safety issues across the facility.
About You:
Ideally having 1-2 years of experience in facilities maintenance or building operations (commercial environment preferred).
Technical/vocational background in one or more areas: HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, or general building maintenance.
Strong understanding of tools, equipment, and safe work practices in a facilities environment.
Able to use technology such as CMMS, smartphones/tablets, and basic MS Office applications.
Flexible, proactive, and able to support shift schedules, on-call rotations, or extended hours when required.
