Job Responsibilities
Responsible for the maintenance and repair of air conditioning and mechanical ventilation.
Regularly conduct preventive aircon maintenance measures e.g. changing of faulty parts.
Conduct routine inspection on building.
Ensure work are in compliance with SOPs established.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical wiring panel for building.
Perform general building maintenance.
Repair and maintain lighting fixtures.
Perform troubleshooting and recommend appropriate corrective solutions.
Constantly improve the work processes.
Perform any ad-hoc duties or responsibilities assigned.
Job Requirements
At least a NITEC in Electrical, ACMV, Building services or related field.
Knowledge of ACMV, VRV system and Cooling Tower System is essential.
At least 2 years of experience in relevant field.
Able to manage multiple projects within the scope of work and stay on task.
Able to work well under pressure with minimal supervision.
A team-player with positive learning attitude.
