Job Description Summary

We are looking for a Building Management System (BMS) Technician to join our data centre operations team. This role is critical for monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining the BMS infrastructure that controls and optimizes environmental systems, ensuring uptime and compliance in a mission-critical environment.

About the Job:

• Operate and monitor BMS platforms for HVAC, electrical, fire suppression, and environmental systems.
• Respond to alarms and alerts; perform triage and escalate per SOPs.
• Maintain accurate shift logs and event reports.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on BMS hardware and software components.

• Diagnose and resolve issues related to sensors, controllers, and communication networks.
• Ensure proper calibration of sensors and field devices.

About You:

• Bachelor / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical, with minimum 3 years working experience in BMS operations within data centres or mission-critical facilities.
• Able to work and be responsive in a 24/7 work environment
• Hands-on experience with major BMS platforms
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, electrical distribution, and control logic.
