What We'll Bring:
Technical Content Developer - We are looking for a skilled and experienced Technical Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating clear, concise, and engaging technical documentation, with a good understanding of eLearning modules and familiarity with modern documentation frameworks and tools.
What You'll Bring:
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation including user guides, API documentation, installation manuals, and product help content.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and subject matter experts to gather information and ensure accuracy.
- Design and develop instructionally sound learning content including eLearning modules, instructor-led training, job aids, and assessments.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), product teams, and stakeholders to identify learning needs and define learning objectives.
- Develop content for various formats including video scripts, infographics, simulations, and microlearning.
- Evaluate and improve existing training programs based on learner feedback and performance metrics.
- Ensure accessibility and inclusivity in all learning materials.
- Manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Work within structured authoring environments using DITA framework.
- Publish and manage content using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Guides.
- Format and style content using HTML and CSS as needed.
- Ensure consistency, clarity, and adherence to documentation standards across all deliverables.
- Participate in peer reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of documentation processes.
Good to Have:
- Experience with tools like AEM Guides, Oxygen, or similar.
- Experience in creating videos or eLearning modules.
- Understanding of Agile development processes.
- Exposure to localization and translation workflows.
Impact You'll Make:
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in a software or technology environment.
- Experience with eLearning tools and instructional design principles.
- Working knowledge of DITA, HTML, and CSS.
- Familiarity with AEM Guides or similar content management systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in designing training for technical or software products.
- Certification in instructional design or related field is a plus.
This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
