This is an entry-level professional position designed for individuals who are developing their expertise in technical writing and documentation. The role involves creating clear, well-structured written materials such as operations manuals, maintenance guides, tutorials, specifications, and help systems. You will work under the guidance of senior team members while gaining hands-on experience in technical communication and publishing standards.
Develop written materials to support product development, including manuals, tutorials, and specifications.
Interview technical staff to gather product information and specifications.
Collect and organize technical data and product images; coordinate layout for publication.
Ensure adherence to established terminology, style guidelines, and editorial quality standards.
Apply existing procedures to solve routine documentation challenges.
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to meet project objectives.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Technical Communication, English, Engineering) or equivalent work experience.
Limited work experience in technical writing or related discipline; eager to learn and develop competence through structured assignments.
Ability to use existing procedures to address standard problems.
Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
Basic understanding of documentation tools and publishing processes.
Ability to work under supervision and take direction from senior professionals.
Analytical skills to organize information logically and clearly.
