We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Writer / Catalogue Administrator with Intune background for our Intune team. In this role, you will manage content quality, catalogue maintenance, and skilling initiatives across global delivery programs. With a strong technical background, you will engage hands-on in lab environments, standardize processes, and ensure accessibility compliance across workloads.
Responsibilities:
Track and plan catalogue maintenance aligned to established timelines.
Support bug resolution related to IP by collaborating with IP owners on content updates/fixes.
Ensure proper set-up and publishing of IP assets post-release.
Schedule timely content updates in line with product updates.
Maintain content quality, standards, and accessibility compliance.
Fix content/lab issues, maintain scripts and VMs in LOD.
Standardize process and tracking for all labs.
Ensure product deprecations are flagged and managed with IP leads.
Coordinate localisation of content.
Assist with the creation and maintenance of readiness plans by workload (L100–L400).
Maintain associated slide decks and secure IP Owner sign-off on updates.
Assist with the creation of monthly newsletters and announcements.
Support updates of the GD SharePoint Online pages for skilling and catalogue changes.
Keep stakeholder maps current and accurate.
Support delivery reporting and follow-up activities.
Create ‘How to’ guides, battlecards, and templates for tools and processes.
Qualifications:
Have proven experience in technical writing and content management within a global organisation.
Possess strong organisational and project management skills.
Demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Can work collaboratively across multiple teams and time zones.
Have a keen attention to detail.
Nice to have:
Are skilled in Intune Administration, Governance and Security (L400).
Have experience with Configuration Manager (L300), Windows 365, and Azure Virtual Desktops (L300).
Have experience with Surface/Mac OS (not required but nice to have).
