The Role:
Our site in Bedford, MA is seeking a Technical Training Specialist to join our team. You will partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate complex engineering and manufacturing processes into effective learning materials and work instructions for the operations team. You will also facilitate training for the operations team.
What You’ll Do:
Follow safety best practices and always wear PPE on the production floor.
Prepare, review, and maintain high-quality training materials, including work instructions, manuals, instructional aids, and classroom handouts.
Work with engineers and production supervisors to understand gaps in existing work instructions, and skill gaps on the production floor
For processes that do not have work instructions, audit the process, map the process flow, and write the instructions
Co-ordinates training activities with Production supervisors and ensure operators are signed off to training certifications
Create and maintain on the job training documentation
Maintain the curriculum database and training records
Monitor training compliance
Serve as the primary point of contact for the ESC production team’s use of the Learning Management System (LMS), troubleshooting issues and ensuring training records are accurate.

What We Seek:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED); associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
Proven experience in a training or instructional role, preferably within a manufacturing or technical environment.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical processes into clear, actionable training.
Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Outstanding Candidates Will Have:
Enthusiastic learner and continuous improvement mindset.
Experience with Lean/5S

Compensation: $76,000.00 - 95,000.00 per year range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
