Overview:

The main purpose of this role is to support Mitel’s Partners & Distributors through the provision of Partner technical certification, sales engineering & end user training primarily in France although support for other regions is likely given we deliver via remote training. Effectively deliver/some development and manage a small team including direct reports, contractors & Approved Training Providers (ATP).
Develop & maintain working partnerships with Mitel Channel Account Management (CAM) in order to identify, evaluate, and formulate commercially viable training plans and solutions to support the revenue growth of our Mitel Authorized Partners & Distributors.

Responsibilities:

a) Delivering engaging and effective course content tailored to learner's needs, helping and updating training materials and when necessary proofreading translations to French as needed

b) Cooperating with the course development team in North America

c) Monitoring & improving courseware & delivery via Survey Monkey & other relevant CSAT (customer satisfaction) mechanisms
d) Effectively motivate & performance manage a team of diverse staff including direct reports & contractors. Set and review annual goal setting.
e) In partnership with the management team, maintain technical training part numbers & pricing to meet revenue & margin targets set by senior management
f) Manage the performance of selected Approved Training Providers (ATP’s) and Monitoring & improving courseware & delivery via Survey Monkey & other relevant CSAT (customer satisfaction) mechanisms
g) Review and approve requests for discount from Mitel Channel Account Managers
h) Advise Mitel Channel Account Managers & Partners on most effective training options (both technical and end user)
i) Manage revenue for both fixed & variable costs
j) Create, review & monitor selected process flow documentation
k) Communicate changes to course content & learning maps
l) Ensure ATPs are updated as new features & functionality is added
m) Produce and provide management reports

n) Maintain competency skills matrix in accordance with sales forecast, Mitel product portfolio & staff core skills

o) Contribute to the onboarding of new OEM Partners and monitor the performance of existing OEM Partners
 

Requirements:

a) Technical expertise in the relevant systems and tools

b) Experience in both course development and delivery

c) Ability to proofread and collaborate and translations to French

d) Communication and teamwork skills
e) Team player – works effectively with team, management team & cross functionally and Attention to detail – adopts systems to organize and keep track of information & work progress
f) Effective time management
g) Able to work in a corporate, complex, fast moving, international environment
h) Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel & PowerPoint
l) Good standard of English
m) Understanding of Mitel’s product portfolio
n) Flexibility to work non core hours when required

Additional Skills:

German speaking is advantageous
