What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll shape how our team and clients experience the ghSMART Leadership Intelligence Platform. You’ll design and lead learning experiences, ensure users feel confident navigating the platform, and maintain resources that make complex concepts easy to understand. You’ll serve as a bridge between users and our product teams; spotting opportunities to simplify, clarify, and strengthen how we teach and communicate platform capabilities.
