We are seeking 10 Technical Trainer Engineers to deliver high‑quality training to our Field Service Engineers on installation, start‑up, maintenance, and commissioning of advanced semiconductor manufacturing equipment. This role combines technical expertise, classroom and hands-on instruction, global collaboration, and project leadership. The ideal candidate brings deep technical knowledge, strong communication skills, and a passion for developing others in a high‑tech environment.

In this position, after training, you will deliver both theoretical and hands‑on courses, support global training initiatives, and maintain expert-level knowledge of our semiconductor equipment. You will work independently with minimal guidance, solve complex technical and instructional challenges, and serve as a key technical resource for colleagues worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality technical training classes—both theoretical and hands‑on—on advanced semiconductor manufacturing equipment at our Global Technical Learning Center in Treviso, Italy.
Collaborate with the global technical training team to develop, implement, and maintain training and certification programs, as well as ongoing learning activities.
Leverage modern learning technologies to enhance both online and in‑person training experiences.
Support the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of training lab equipment and tools at the local site.
Manage day-to-day operational activities related to the training organization at the Treviso facility.
Deliver technical training both in-house and at customer sites, with a focus on specialized and customized courses; this includes domestic and international travel, as well as occasional off‑shift or weekend training as required.
Stay current with internal technology advancements and partner with business units to ensure the latest systems, tools, and processes are incorporated into all training programs.
Lead and manage multiple projects with diverse scope and complexity, including coordination of project team members.
Collaborate with Technical Publications and Product Business Groups to optimize technical documentation; create or enhance documentation to address gaps; evaluate instructor performance; and train others in standard course development processes, including Instructional System Design (ISD).
Provide advanced technical expertise and troubleshooting support for system repairs; ensure training systems meet course requirements and adhere to all safety retrofits and standards.
Maintain deep technical knowledge of assigned products to prepare and deliver product-specific courses; share new information with the training team; complete and maintain certifications across multiple platforms and processes, including safety modules; and participate in certifying others.
Review published training materials and recommend updates or revisions to maintain accuracy and relevance.
Provide coaching, leadership, and mentorship to other instructors; support their technical development, classroom delivery, and certification; and proactively address customer satisfaction issues.
