Team Leadership & Development:
Lead and inspire a team of engineers, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Ensure clear objectives, effective workload distribution, and professional growth for all team members.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for NSPA, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring alignment with NATO requirements, security standards, and operational priorities.
Project Delivery:
Participate in engineering projects and operations in collaboration with Project Managers, Client and Engineering Team, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to SLAs, and compliance with NATO protocols.
Technical Oversight:
Provide guidance on engineering best practices across domains such as Network, Security, Data Centre, and Collaboration. Ensure solutions meet stringent security and interoperability standards.
Service Desk:
Manage escalations and complex technical issues with professionalism and efficiency, coordinating with the Service Desk Team Leader and client representatives to minimize impact and restore service quickly.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation:
Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and standardization.
Compliance & Governance:
Ensure all activities comply with NATO security policies, contractual obligations, and organizational governance frameworks.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Experience: With a minimum of 8 years of operational experience in service delivery roles, you bring a wealth of expertise to the table.
• Leadership: Strong leadership skills and a proven track record of successfully leading teams to achieve business objectives are paramount.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge in domain such as Network (Cisco technologies such as CCNP Enterprise, Cisco Campus & DC, Cisco Security), Security firewalling and WAF is highly desirable.
• Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a focus on client-centricity and service quality, are fundamental to this role.
• NATO or EU Clearance is required.
• ITIL Certification is an asset
