As a Technical Support Sr. Advisor, you serve as a trusted technical expert and strategic partner to business and IT leadership. In this role, you tackle the organization’s most complex analytics, automation, and application challenges—designing scalable solutions that improve decision‑making, efficiency, and operational outcomes. You are recognized as a go‑to resource for advanced problem‑solving, technical leadership, and bridging the gap between business strategy and technology execution.
You bring deep technical expertise, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. Working closely with stakeholders, you help shape solutions that deliver measurable value today while enabling future growth.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business and IT stakeholders to identify analytics, automation, and data integration opportunities that support short‑ and long‑term business objectives.
- Facilitate working sessions to define problems, design solutions, prototype concepts, and deliver scalable automation and analytics capabilities.
- Develop deep understanding of business operations and workflows to ensure technical solutions align to real‑world needs and value streams.
- Analyze and interpret structured and unstructured data using SQL, Python, and related technologies to answer business questions and surface actionable insights.
- Design, build, and maintain custom automation, application enhancements, and advanced analytics solutions that improve efficiency, visibility, and decision‑making.
- Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and communicate technical outcomes in meaningful, non‑technical terms.
- Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau, The Doctor, or similar tools to support informed decision‑making.
- Research, evaluate, and pioneer new tools, technologies, and methodologies to advance analytics and automation capabilities.
- Take ownership of stakeholder relationships, project delivery, and outcomes with professionalism, accountability, and a strong customer focus.
- Collaborate effectively with U.S.‑based partners, aligning work hours with the U.S. Eastern Time Zone as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in application development, automation, data analytics, or a related technical discipline.
- Strong problem‑solving skills with an operational mindset and the ability to think creatively beyond standard solutions.
- Proven hands‑on experience analyzing data using SQL (multiple dialects), Python, and related technologies.
- Experience with data mining, database exploration, and translating data into clear business insights.
- Hands‑on experience developing data visualizations using Tableau or comparable analytics and reporting tools.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, influence across teams, and tailor technical information for diverse audiences.
- Ability to connect analytics and automation initiatives to measurable business outcomes and strategic objectives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience independently driving complex solutions with limited direction.
- Experience working with medical claims data.
- Familiarity with contact center operations and related performance metrics.
- Demonstrated ability to conceptualize desired outcomes, align technical solutions to business strategy, and understand end‑to‑end operational workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience (preferred).
