You will directly impact the customer experience by troubleshooting complex system synchronizations and technical workflows while contributing to the future of our platforms through AI agent training and data management projects.


Key Exciting Responsibilities:

  • Drive customer-centric solutions by managing and resolving high-impact technical support tickets within professional workflow management environments.

  • Facilitate critical database changes and system synchronizations to ensure seamless service delivery for global clients.

  • Collaborate directly with cross-functional teams to translate user feedback and system failures into tangible product improvements.

  • Contribute to cutting-edge internal initiatives, including the training of AI agents and the development of internal data management platforms.

  • Act as a technical liaison between developers and end-users to ensure solution proposals align with real-world requirements.


Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Foundational proficiency in JavaScript and C# with an interest in technical problem-solving.

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to actively collaborate and coordinate across multiple global teams.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to navigate database structures and complex technical workflows.

  • Proven ability to manage tasks efficiently using industry-standard ticketing and project management platforms.


Bonus Points For

  • Previous experience in a technical support or product-oriented project environment.

  • Familiarity with data analysis techniques and a desire to work with AI/Machine Learning training sets.
