WHAT WILL I DO?
● Reproduce, investigate and resolve customer-reported problems in application features,
transaction processing, UNIX-based services and B2B integrations (AS2, SFTP, APIs).
● Parse and manipulate XML, EDI and CSV payloads; write ad-hoc Bash/Python scripts to
speed up log analysis or data cleanup.
● Monitor application health, triage alerts and contribute to run-books and knowledge-base
articles.
● Verify fixes with Engineering, QA and RQC; capture lessons learned to improve
playbooks.
● Present concise status updates to global stakeholders across multiple time zones.
WHAT SKILLS SHOULD I HAVE?
● Enthusiasm for technology, problem-solving and continuous learning.
● Working familiarity with UNIX/Linux command line.
● Foundation in at least one scripting or programming language (Python, Shell, JavaScript,
etc.).
● Ability to read technical payloads (XML/CSV) and understand basic networking/B2B
concepts.
● Strong written and spoken English; comfortable collaborating across cultures and
supporting US/EMEA hours.
● Self-motivation, attention to detail and clear communication
WHAT SKILLS WILL I GAIN?
● Hands-on SDLC exposure within a global agile environment.
● Advanced troubleshooting skills using Kibana, Confluence, JIRA and internal
diagnostics.
● Real-world experience of the life-sciences supply-chain domain and TraceLink’s MINT
digital-network platform.
● Soft-skills in customer empathy, time-zone collaboration and structured RCA.
