Job Description Summary

本役職は、テクニカルサポート U/S Grに属します。この役割は、リモート（オンサイトも適宜実施）サポートを通じて超音波製品をお使いのお客様に対してアプリケーション面から満足と信頼を得る責任があります。主にお客様からの操作・サポート依頼を的確に判断し、アプリケーション知識と要望に沿って操作説明できる装置知識のスキルが必要となります。また、アプリケーションサポートメンバは、フィールドサービスエンジニアのアプリケーションスキルを向上させる責任もあります。主な役割は以下のとおりです。

Job Description

＜職務内容＞

• リモート（適宜オンサイト）を通じたアプリケーションサポートを提供します。
• 超音波診断装置のワークフローとユーティリティに関して、操作・サポート依頼内容を的確に判断しお客様の要望に沿って装置の操作説明を行います。
• InSiteを含む最新ツールを積極的に活用し、お客様および業務の効率化を図ります。
• カイゼン・Lean活動を推進し、Call Quality向上やCost reductionなど業務の効率化も図ります。
• 部門を超えたチームと協力して、顧客の声に基づいて顧客に付加価値を提供します。
• 基本的な超音波アプリケーションスキルの維持向上のため、トレーニングとOJTを通じて、リモートおよびオンサイトを通じてフィールドサービスエンジニアをサポートします。

<必須要件>

• 超音波製品に関するアプリケーションスキル、経験、および知識を有する。特に心臓領域(CVUS)に強みを持つ方、もしくは当該領域に強い関心と学ぶ意欲の高い方。
• リモートおよびオンサイトを通じて顧客およびフィールドサービスエンジニアにソリューションを提供する。
• 超音波アプリケーションサポートスキルを向上させるための情熱とエネルギーがある。
• アプリケーショントレーニングとOJTを実施するためのコーディネーション、ファシリテーションのスキルを有する。
