Role Overview
We are seeking a Technical Support Advisor to provide Level 2 production support for Care Solutions applications, ensuring stable, reliable, and high‑performing production environments. This role plays a critical part in incident management, root cause analysis, and operational readiness, partnering closely with application development teams and business stakeholders across the Care Solutions ecosystem.
The ideal candidate brings strong technical depth, a structured problem‑solving mindset, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional production support environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead investigation, triage, and resolution of high‑priority production incidents, including escalation coordination and stakeholder communication
Partner with application development teams and business stakeholders to support operational readiness and ongoing production stability
Review application designs, enhancements, and changes prior to production release to ensure performance, reliability, and supportability
Develop and maintain subject‑matter expertise across end‑to‑end application workflows and system integrations
Perform and contribute to root cause analysis (RCA) and drive corrective and preventive actions
Promote design consistency, quality standards, and production support best practices across projects
Coordinate production deployments and changes, ensuring alignment with business expectations and support processes
Contribute to documentation, runbooks, and operational knowledge to improve support efficiency and resilience
Required Qualifications
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills across application, middleware, and database technologies
Hands‑on experience with database technologies such as Oracle, SQL, or MongoDB
Experience supporting server platforms including UNIX, AIX, Linux, Windows, and virtualized environments
Understanding of application development lifecycles, release management, and test environment support
Experience with monitoring, alerting, capacity, and performance management tools
Experience or working knowledge of AI‑enabled tools used to improve operational efficiency, automation, or reporting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical documentation and stakeholder updates
5+ years of experience in application development, production support, or a related technical support role
