We are looking for a strategic Technical Sourcer to help us grow our world-class team in North America. Your primary focus will be on Technical roles with an emphasis on niche pipelines (data science, data analytics, product management, and design/UXR). You should bring a level of critical thinking, grit and polish while embodying our fun, collaborative culture. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will be critical to creating a seamless sourcing partnership with recruiters and hiring leaders to help Lyft scale.

This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule following the establishment of a Lyft office in Nashville — Team Members will be expected to work in the office 3 days per week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Lyft considers working in the office at least 3 days per week to be an essential function of this hybrid role. The expected base pay range for this position in the Nashville area is $59,040 - $73,800, not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location.
