Description

Your Role:  

Technical Services Officer performs Continuing Airworthiness Management Services on behalf of Management as directed by the Technical Services Lead. 

You will also have accountability for: 

  • Performing Data Management functional activities including Technical Information receipt and registration and Technical Data classification, management, and control.  

  • Performing Configuration Management functional activities 

  • Engaging, consulting, and collaborating with Engineering & Technical Services  

  • Representatives and other Enterprise stakeholders on the submission, content, status, progression, and resolution of Airworthiness Directives  

  • As required, facilitate Original Equipment Manufacturer Requests for Technical Information their submission, coordination throughout their lifecycle, and closure.  

 

About You:  

  • Technical Writing Certification 

  • Experience with a Maintenance Management Information System  

  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat Professional and Microsoft Office Suite  

  • Experience with staffing / developing Continuing Airworthiness Management (CAM) technical products 

  • Experience with reviewing Continuing Airworthiness Management (CAM) technical products 

  • Collaborative, solution focused and able to work autonomously within a team and cross functional environment
