YOUR ROLE AS A TECHNICAL SERVICES ENGINEER

As a Technical Services Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining the technical integrity, safety, and regulatory compliance of the aircraft fleet through technical documentation, system reliability management, and direct operational support.

WHAT YOU’LL CHAMPION:

  • Mandatory Compliance: Ensure the Aircraft, Engine, and Components strictly comply with all applicable Airworthiness Directives (ADs) and Mandatory Service Bulletins (MSBs).

  • System Reliability & Optimization: Maintain and enhance the reliability of the Aircraft system, Engine, and Components according to manufacturer recommendations, ensuring compliance with airworthiness, safety, operational requirements, and cost efficiency.

  • Maintenance Program Customization: Customize and manage the Minimum Equipment List (MEL) in adherence to aircraft manufacturer data, CAAT regulations, and internal company operational requirements.

  • Maintenance & Repair Actions: Perform technical evaluations and assessments of aircraft components and systems, then recommend appropriate repair or replacement actions as necessary to maintain airworthiness.

  • Structural Repair: Provide and record aircraft structure repair instructions based on approved technical data.

  • External Coordination: Coordinate with external maintenance providers (MROs) and vendors to ensure maintenance services are executed on time and are cost-effective.

  • Technical Guidance: Provide crucial technical support and guidance to operational departments, including Flight Operations and Maintenance, to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant aircraft operations.

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aviation Engineering, or a related aircraft engineering field.

  • Experience in aircraft technical record, and technical record services in the airline business.

  • Strong knowledge of aircraft systems, components, and maintenance and repair regulatory requirements.

  • Strong communication in English and interpersonal skills, demonstrated ability to work effectively with associates at all levels throughout the organization.

  • Computer skills- Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Project, and Google Products for work.

  • Ability to meet commitments, balance and resolve conflicting priorities, and work under pressure.
