Technical Service Representative – Paper Mills (Kent & South Region)

Location: Kent (with travel across the South & South West as required)

We’re seeking a motivated Technical Service Representative to support paper mills across Kent. This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals eager to gain hands-on experience in industrial chemical engineering while building strong customer relationships in the pulp and paper sector.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide technical advice and on-site support to paper mills
  • Optimise chemical solutions, troubleshoot production issues, and implement data-driven improvements
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, delivering exceptional service
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and sustainability
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service and product delivery
  • Support business growth through trusted technical expertise

About You

You’re curious, proactive, and enjoy solving technical problems. You may be a recent graduate or someone with early production/process support experience.

  • Degree (or equivalent) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Microbiology, or related field
  • Interest in industrial processes and applied chemistry
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with customers
  • Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage your own workload
  • Willing to travel across Kent (and occasionally further)
  • Full UK driving license required (company vehicle provided)
