RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support Animal Nutrition business goals via delivering expert input into complex technical projects, that deliver business growth, innovative solutions
- Interact with various technical departments of national, multi-national, and global key accounts of Animal Nutrition, and orchestrate resources, and activities to achieve optimal project results
- Build customer intimacy based on deep understanding of customer’s (growth) strategy, and translate into technical projects, and innovative solutions, products, and services that ultimately lead to business growth
- Anticipate challenges of the industry, and create business opportunities; act as an early warning system for new developments, and identify opportunities arising from this
- Build best solutions based on complex product, service, consultation, and concepts
- Manage multi-functional, multi-level projects between Evonik, and customer
- Coordinate technical activities of key regional account teams and support global account team in the region
- Plan, prepare, and deploy resources across organization while managing (technical) projects
- Keep up to date with new research findings, trends, and developments to be a strategic resource for customer’s technical departments
REQUIREMENTS
- Ph. D or Master degree in animal nutrition and/or animal science, or equivalent
- A solid background in monogastric nutrition (Poultry/Swine)
- 3 to 5 years practical experience in feed or feed additive industry
- Self-driven with good interpersonal, presentation & negotiation skills
- Works independently and as part of a team, reliability to perform well in times of daily work
- Excellent communication skills, good at both English and Chinese, be able to build trust, establish relationships with internal global team and external partners
- Able to work across functional and cultural boundaries
- Willing to do domestic travel for at least 50% of working time
