What You Will Contribute:
The Technical Sales Support Specialist will be responsible for supporting the sales team by providing technical expertise and assistance throughout the sales cycle. The position involves working closely with customers and internal teams to understand customer needs and ensure successful implementation and satisfaction.
Job Duties
Provide technical advice and technical support for interested parties, customers and distributors
Application support: ensuring the smooth functioning of existing applications
Processing of inquiries and subsequent preparation and follow-up quotations
Support function in order acceptance and order process (order confirmation for all countries, including prepayment and foreign currencies)
Collaboration with functional areas within the company to resolve customer related questions with accuracy, effectiveness and promptness to ensure consistent technical support to our customers
Work directly with customers to understand their technical requirements and challenges
Assist in the creation of customized solutions and ensure they align with customer needs and expectations
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise post-sale
Education and Experience
Technical education / Bachelor Degree required, preferable in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Technology, Environmental Engineering or related fields
First professional experience in a support, customer contact
Qualifications
Fluent in English
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office and CRM software
Effective communication at all levels
Strong technical knowledge and problem solving skills
Ability to explain complex technical concepts in an understandable way
Affinity and enthusiasm for technical products
Independent and structured way of working
