【Responsibilities 岗位职责】

  • Drive business development by leading key SUT projects in the assigned territory and coordinating cross-functional resources to achieve business targets.
    主导辖区内重点 SUT 项目,协调跨职能资源推动业务增长。
  • Provide technical solutions for customer bioprocessing workflows based on SUT products; collaborate with global and local teams to execute product and sales strategies.
    基于客户生物工艺流程提供 SUT 技术解决方案,并与全球及本地团队协作推进产品与销售策略执行。
  • Manage customer molecule pipelines by tracking development stages, understanding future demand, and enabling early engagement in project workflows.
    通过跟进客户分子管线、理解开发阶段与未来需求,实现项目流程的前置介入与持续管理。
  • Adopt an early-seeding and workflow-selling mindset to influence customer decisions early and position SUT solutions across the full bioprocess lifecycle.
    以 early seeding 和 workflow 销售思维主动影响客户早期决策,在整体生物工艺流程中布局 SUT 解决方案。
  • Manage key accounts and advance opportunities through technical engagement, including sample testing follow-up, onsite demonstrations, URS responses, technical discussions, and presentations.
    通过样品测试跟进、现场演示、URS 回复及技术交流等方式推进重点客户机会。
  • Identify and develop new opportunities to build a strong and sustainable project pipeline supporting long-term growth.
    持续挖掘新商机,构建健康、可持续发展的项目管线。
  • Work with global technical teams to address inquiries related to product application, quality, and documentation.
    与全球技术团队协作,解决应用、质量及文件相关的技术问题。
  • Maintain strong technical expertise on Thermo Fisher SUT products, bioprocessing applications, and competitive technologies.
    持续提升对赛默飞 SUT 产品、生物工艺应用及竞争产品的技术认知。
  • Support emerging market and application development to expand product adoption and increase market share.
    推动新应用与新兴市场的拓展,提高产品应用度与市场份额。

【Job Requirements 任职要求】

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Bioprocessing, or related fields.
    生命科学、生物技术、生物工艺等相关专业本科及以上学历。
  • Strong understanding of bioprocessing workflows and biopharmaceutical production; familiarity with single-use technologies preferred.
    具备生物工艺流程和生物制药生产的扎实理解;熟悉一次性技术者优先。
  • Experience in cell culture and/or sales or technical support of single-use products is preferred.
    具有细胞培养经验,以及一次性产品销售或技术支持经验者优先。
  • Ability to manage customer molecule pipelines and anticipate SUT-related needs across development stages.
    能够管理客户分子管线,并预判各研发阶段的 SUT 需求。
  • Demonstrated skills in technical communication, customer engagement, and solution-based selling.
