Position Summary:
Technical Sales Manager FHN – India
Responsible for complete satisfaction of customers for the assigned product category and sales area. Also responsible for achieving established goals for the FHN Divisions and the respective product category while acting in accordance with established policies of the company.
Work You’ll Do:
Directly service customers and coordinate activities (with any applicable RSM and ISM) to help attain established goals related to Order Intake
Ensure accuracy of quotations Support of ISM / RSM projects for the respective product category in quotation, travel and other support
Review contracts for acceptance and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures
Participate in trade shows and sales seminars for customers
Assist in collection of overdue accounts.
Quotation, leads regular follow ups
Other duties as assigned.
Team:
The said position will be part of Coperion FHN India and APAC team.
The team is responsible for business development and sales for entire FHN portfolio for Pan India sub Region including direct sales and sales through SI
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales and application sales for engineering of a highly technical product
Technical-commercial education with further training in sales and marketing, University degree is appreciated.
Knowledge of production processes employed within food and pharmaceutical industries is mandatory
Knowledge of selling process; marketing techniques, food & pharma industries
Results-focused personality with vision, energy and flair
Experience in the named industries is highly desired
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Must maintain neat and orderly work area and hazard-free environment
Travel: up to 50 % possible
