Technical Representative, IT Operations (TCF) - UnilingualJob Description
IT Level 1 end user support.Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
Provide technical support to end-users (onsite or remote).
Maintain and update help desk documentation and ticketing systems.
Apply patches and se deploy updates to software and operating systems.
Monitoring security protocols as firewalls, antivirus, GPOs.
Assist with audits and ensure compliance with IT policies and regulations.
Respond to critical incidents.
Assist in the deployment and configuration of new systems or applications for new clients along with the ITSDM role.
Develop or support automation scripts and tools.
Collaborate with multiple IT teams and ohter areas to streamline operations.
Track IT assets for inventory reports.
