To further our mission, we are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiting Manager to lead and scale our growing Product Management and Design organizations. This role will manage a full-cycle recruiting team, focusing on their development and outstanding performance in achieving hiring goals. You will spearhead strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing the quality and productivity of Stripe’s recruiting organization while serving as a trusted advisor to technical leadership.

We are looking for a Manager for our Product Management and Design Recruiting teams who will develop and support our recruiters, help streamline our recruitment process, enhance candidate experience, and provide metrics and analysis on hiring progress. This role will require partnering closely with senior leaders across the Product and Design organization to understand their hiring objectives and develop team recruiting strategies to hit headcount goals. This individual must be a builder who thrives in a learning environment—unafraid to try new things, embrace new ideas, and welcome suggestions for how we can iterate on our hiring processes.
