About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team and help attract, engage, and hire top technical talent. This role will partner closely with hiring managers, engineering leaders, and HR to identify staffing needs, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of technical roles, recruitment best practices, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs and define role requirements.

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates for technical roles (e.g., software engineering, data science, product, DevOps, etc.).

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment — from job posting, sourcing, screening, and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.

  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, and social media.

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive technical candidates.

  • Provide data-driven insights on hiring trends, candidate pipelines, and market intelligence.

  • Partner with HR and hiring teams to ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience.

  • Contribute to employer branding efforts and recruitment marketing initiatives.

  • Mentor junior recruiters and support continuous improvement of recruiting processes.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 3 years focused on technical roles.

  • Proven success hiring for engineering, data, or technology-focused positions.

  • Strong understanding of technical skill sets, hiring trends, and talent market dynamics.

  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter).

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting in a high-growth tech company or startup environment.

  • Familiarity with diversity recruiting strategies and inclusive hiring practices.

  • Knowledge of compensation benchmarking and negotiation best practices.
