Overview

Help Build the Future of Education Talent

MyPath Companies is hiring a Talent Acquisition Technical Recruiter to lead recruiting for Education and high-priority technical roles across MyPath Schools and MyPath Support Services. This role focuses on full-cycle recruiting, university recruiting, campus partnerships, and talent pipeline development.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruiting

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
  • Recruit for Education roles and critical technical positions
  • Source candidates using job boards, networking, events, and outreach
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Provide regular hiring updates and workforce insights to leadership

University Recruiting & Talent Pipeline Development

  • Build and execute a University Recruiting Strategy
  • Develop student teaching and field placement partnerships
  • Coordinate campus recruiting events, job fairs, and employer branding
  • Build relationships with career offices, faculty, and student organizations

Recruiting Strategy & Collaboration

  • Partner with HR and leadership to improve hiring outcomes
  • Use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools effectively
  • Recommend improvements to recruiting processes and strategies
  • Represent MyPath at recruiting events and community outreach

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • At least 1 year of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to travel frequently and attend recruiting events

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting for education, schools, or technical roles
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Experience with university or campus recruiting

Travel & Work Location

  • Approximately 60% travel (primarily day travel within Wisconsin)
  • Occasional overnight travel to Indiana
  • Remote or corporate office work when not traveling

Additional Information

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Requires High School diploma or equivalent; college degree strongly preferred.
  • A minimum of one year of previous recruitment experience required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with prior work experience using software and vendor programs to develop reports, prepare documents, etc. 
  • Highly effective communicator through both written and spoken words. 
  • Highly organized with an ability to work under tight deadlines and with little direction.
  • Exceptional organization and problem-solving skills. 
  • Valid driver’s license for 3 years with an acceptable driving record per company policy; maintains insurance on personal vehicle with an acceptable driving record.
