Gotion Illinois is seeking a Technical Recruiter to support hiring efforts for our U.S. operations. This role will assist in identifying and attracting technical talent essential to the ramp‑up of our advanced battery production facility. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting in manufacturing, engineering, or technology environments and a passion for connecting skilled candidates with impactful work. The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $75,000.00 – $85,000.00, plus eligibility for 15% bonus and benefits.
