Job Duties
Talent Sourcing and Outreach: Proactively source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, industry events, and networking. Utilize Boolean searches and other advanced search techniques to identify passive candidates. Conduct initial outreach and build relationships with potential candidates.
Candidate Assessment and Screening: Conduct in-depth technical interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Evaluate resumes and portfolios to ensure alignment with job requirements. Coordinate technical assessments and screenings with hiring managers and technical teams.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Provide regular updates on the status of open positions and candidate pipelines. Collaborate on the development of comprehensive job descriptions and requirements.
Performance & Goal Attainment: Drive success by consistently meeting or surpassing monthly recruitment targets, aligned with key performance indicators (KPIs) and other essential recruitment metrics. Ensure transparent and timely communication with both internal teams and external candidates, upholding a standard of excellence throughout the talent acquisition process.
Employer Branding and Networking: Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance our company's reputation in the tech community. Represent the company at industry events, meetups, and conferences to expand our network. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
Data Management, Reporting & Trend Analysis: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Generate regular reports and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis. Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies. Advise on compensation trends and market conditions to support informed decision-making. Contribute to the development of strategies to attract niche technical talent.
Work is performed under only minimal supervision and requires extensive knowledge in recognized recruiting practices, techniques and methods. Work regularly requires the exercise of discretion and independent judgment in making recommendations. Develops solutions to a variety of complex problems.
Qualifications
Bachelors Equivalent combination of education and experience
7-9 years Full-Cycle Recruitment Experience Preferred
1-3 years Technical Talent Acquisition Experience Required

Scope
Work is accomplished with limited direction. Determines and develops approach to solutions. Work is evaluated upon completion to ensure objectives have been met.

The starting pay range for this position is:
$92,600.00 - $123,600.00Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
