This role is ideal for a recruiter who has hands-on experience hiring engineers within fintech or similar product-based technology environments and can operate independently in a fast-paced, high-priority hiring cycle.

The recruiter will play a critical role in building and executing hiring plans for H1 2026, partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver high-quality talent efficiently.

What you'll do

  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Own end-to-end recruiting for U.S. technical engineering and product roles, partnering with hiring managers on requirements, interview plans, timelines, and offers. Ensure a positive candidate experience from outreach to offer acceptance.
  • Sourcing & Pipeline Development: Proactively source, screen, and engage candidates in niche technical markets. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines and provide market insights to hiring managers.
  • Candidate Management: Conduct recruiter screens, manage interview scheduling, feedback, and communication, ensuring accurate ATS documentation.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and leaders on hiring progress, pipeline health, and pre-employment coordination.
  • Process & Optimization: Identify process improvements, leverage automation/AI tools, and apply fintech/product industry best practices to enhance recruiting efficiency and outcomes.

What you’ll bring

  • 3–6 years of technical recruiting experience, with a strong track record of hiring software engineers and technical roles.
  • Prior experience recruiting in fintech or similar regulated, product-based technology companies (SaaS, data, AI/ML, financial services technology).
  • Hands-on experience managing full-cycle U.S. hiring.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles, engineering org structures, and interview processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms (Preferably Greenhouse) and modern sourcing tools.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid NY-based setup and thrive in a fast-paced, high-priority hiring environment.

Bonus Points

  • Experience recruiting for mortgage roles is highly desirable.
  • Hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS or similar recruitment platforms.

Note: Competitive hourly rate of $60-80, with additional outcome-based incentive tied to successful and sustained hires.
