Technical Project/Program Manager – Agentic AI Focused

Boomi is seeking a Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead delivery of Agentic AI initiatives within Enterprise AI Org.  This role is responsible for driving enterprise-scale AI agent programs that power Boomi’s internal business functions as a customer zero. The TPM will operate as a single-threaded owner, partnering closely with Agentic AI engineers, architects, product leaders, and enterprise stakeholders to ensure AI agents move from experimentation into reliable, production-grade systems.  This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role requiring strong technical judgment, program leadership, and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, rapidly evolving AI environments.

What You’ll Do

• Shape how agentic AI is operationalized at enterprise scale
• Build AI systems that Boomi employees rely on every day
• Influence Boomi’s AI platform direction by operating as a real-world customer zero
• Work on highly visible, strategic initiatives with executive sponsorship
• Own end-to-end delivery of multi-team, multi-quarter agentic AI programs
• Act as the single-threaded owner for program execution, outcomes, and risk management
• Partner deeply with AI engineering and architecture teams to translate complex technical designs into executable plans
• Drive internal deployment and adoption of AI agents across Boomi business functions as part of the customer zero strategy
• Establish clear success metrics including business impact, adoption, reliability, and operational readiness
• Lead cross-functional alignment across engineering, security, enterprise architecture, legal, and business stakeholders
• Communicate program status, tradeoffs, and risks to senior and executive leadership
• Implement scalable program management practices that balance rapid AI innovation with enterprise governance and trust

The Experience You Bring

• 8+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Technical Project Manager, or equivalent role
• Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional technical programs
• Strong technical fluency across modern software systems including cloud platforms, APIs, and distributed systems
• Experience partnering closely with engineering teams to deliver production systems
• Ability to operate independently in high-ambiguity environments and drive clarity
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience delivering AI/ML-powered or LLM-based systems in production
• Familiarity with agentic AI architectures, orchestration frameworks, or autonomous workflows
• Background in enterprise platforms, integration, or automation technologies
• Experience operating in a customer-zero or internal platform incubation model
• Experience influencing Director- and VP-level stakeholders

Compensation and Benefits 

Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Base compensation for this position in our corporate headquarters in Conshohocken, PA ranges from $138,862 - $173,578. This position is remote-friendly and, as such, final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
