Summary of Objective:

We are seeking a results-driven IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate a range of technology projects in Infrastructure deployment, scaling enterprise systems and applications and cybersecurity and data security maturity. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management expertise, technical acumen, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The essential duties and responsibilities include the following but other duties may be assigned.

Manage end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure and cybersecurity projects, including networks, data centers, cloud platforms, identity management, and security tools. Coordinate cross-functional teams (IT, Security, Engineering, Quality, Compliance, Vendors) across global regions. Ensure projects align with regulatory requirements (GxP, FDA, ISO 27001) and corporate cybersecurity standards. Oversee system deployments, upgrades, migrations, and decommissioning with minimal operational disruption. Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies using standard PM methodologies (Agile/Hybrid/Waterfall). Drive cybersecurity initiatives such as SOC enablement, vulnerability management, endpoint protection, and incident response readiness. Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, and executive communications. Support audits, validation activities, and compliance assessments related to IT and cybersecurity systems. Performs other duties as assigned by Manager/Supervisor.

Required:

  • Bacheor's Degree in a related field and/or 7-10 years related experience and/or training.
  • College Level Mathematical Skills
  • Intermediate Computer Skills: Ability to perform more complex computer tasks and has knowledge of various computer programs.             
  • Full Professional Proficiency: Ability to speak, read, and write fluently and accurately on all levels pertinent to professional needs.
  • Very High Reasoning: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Be able to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in math or diagram form and deal with several abstract/concrete variables.
  • High Standard of Report Writing
