Key Responsibilities:
Applies technical background/specialized technology domain knowledge to manage complex projects and/or programs that are directly tied to the development, implementation, or upgrade of technology solutions/services.
Collaborates across organizations to develop detailed plan(s) and manages all implementation processes including change control process, testing, documentation, training, while ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, resource allocation, and scope.
Outlines proposals for assigned projects and/or programs including business objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing.
Develops a comprehensive schedule(s) while monitoring future work to proactively adjust for unforeseen scheduling challenges.
Reviews the project/program schedule with all relevant stakeholders to make updates as and when required.
Assesses sub-project dependencies and program constructs by leveraging multiple methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) and develops project/program indicators to manage program health including schedule, quality, and timelines.
Communicates anomalies clearly by concisely stating the problem and specific impact to the project.
Identifies tasks, assesses costs, identifies, and assigns specific resources, and communicates expectations to team members.
Reviews user and technical requirements for completeness and clarity.
Conducts project/program close out assessment and creates a recommendations report documenting the successful and unsuccessful project/program elements.
You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Relevant experience can be obtained through schoolwork, classes, project work, internships, and/or military experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree with 6+ years of experience
PMP certification and certified SCRUM master or CSM
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with building Project Management Offices (PMO)
Experience leading AI transformation initiatives

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $52,000.00-$200,000.00 (Hourly Role)
