Job Description:

Sherpany by Datasite is the leading Swiss meeting management solution, designed to meet the unique needs of the board, board committee, and executive meetings. Our solution streamlines the entire meeting process to make meetings more productive and thus enhancing company performance. Our customers include well-known medium to large companies in all industries, such as Axpo, Raiffeisen Bank and Calida Group. More than 400 companies already use Sherpany.

What you will be doing:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and quality standards.

  • Coordinate cross-functional dependencies and manage project scope, schedule, and risks.

  • Foster a collaborative environment that balances project work with urgent support needs.

  • Balance resources between ongoing technical projects and incoming support escalations. 

  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders including Product, Engineering leadership, Customer Success, and Support teams.

  • Own processes for handling support escalations, including triage, assignment, tracking, and post-resolution analysis.

  • Identify potential risks in technical projects and support escalation workflows.

  • Use data to drive decision-making and process improvements.

  • Provide technical guidance on complex support escalations and project challenges.

  • Coordinate response to critical production incidents, working with the team to implement quick fixes while planning longer-term solutions through the project management process.


What we will love about you:

  • Strong technical background with professional experience in software engineering and in technical project management, technical program management, or engineering management roles

  • Experience managing support escalation processes or on-call/incident response teams

  • Proven track record of balancing planned project work with unplanned support/incident work

  • Experience in B2B/SaaS environments where customer issues directly impact business relationships

  • Experience developing cloud solutions; enterprise B2B/SaaS is a plus

  • Experience working closely with Customer Success and Support teams to resolve escalated issues Background in establishing and optimizing support escalation processes and SLAs

  • Knowledge of or previous experience with our tech stack is a plus (React/Next.js, Python/Django, PostgreSQL, Docker/Kubernetes, etc.)
