Position Overview (fixed-term contract)
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end projects within our DSO Delivery & Onboarding organization. This senior-level role is a key member of the Program Management team, responsible for driving requirements gathering, solution design, planning, execution, and successful delivery of DSO Delivery & Onboarding initiatives.
As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in Aptiv’s SW Performance segment, operating in a dynamic global environment and tackling complex challenges. You will foster strong relationships with stakeholders across high-volume programs and collaborate on strategic directions to deliver exceptional value to our customers and Aptiv.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, guiding them through the DevSecOps development lifecycle, clarifying requirements, and recommending solutions.
Collaborate with software engineering teams to prioritize tasks, estimate timelines, and plan sprint deliverables.
Partner with program and project management teams to monitor feature implementation and ensure milestone achievement.
Coordinate software proof-of-concepts (POCs) to evaluate feasibility and applicability.
Lead project management activities from initiation to launch, managing KPIs and project plans across cost, quality, time, delivery, and methodology.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and oversee deliverables to meet project objectives.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; escalate issues as needed.
Establish best practices and tools to enhance project execution efficiency.
Maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
Ensure compliance with Product Development Process requirements.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
Demonstrated success in delivering international projects, including ownership of business targets and industrialization.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies is advantageous.
