Job Description:

The Technical Project Manager will lead the delivery of complex, data-driven initiatives that support key business and customer experience objectives. This role operates at the intersection of project execution and product ownership, ensuring that data, technology, and analytics capabilities are delivered with quality, speed, and measurable business impact.

 

The individual will drive cross-functional coordination across data, engineering, analytics, and business teams to ensure that accurate, timely, and accessible data enables critical use cases and decision-making.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of data and technology workstreams supporting strategic business initiatives.

• Translate business and product requirements into actionable delivery plans, including data sourcing, transformation, and integration requirements.

• Act as a hybrid Project Manager / Product Owner by managing backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and stakeholder alignment.

• Coordinate dependencies across multiple teams, including data engineering, architecture, analytics, and business stakeholders.

• Partner with engineering teams to design and deliver scalable data pipelines and platforms across modern data ecosystems (e.g., cloud data warehouses, data lakes, and customer data platforms).

• Drive data discovery, mapping, and documentation efforts to establish clarity on data availability, lineage, and ownership.

• Ensure alignment on data models, standards, and quality across upstream and downstream systems.

• Collaborate with analytics teams to define KPIs, metrics, and reporting frameworks to measure initiative success.

• Establish governance practices, operating cadences, and documentation standards to support ongoing data and technology initiatives.

• Maintain transparent reporting through dashboards, status updates, and executive-level communications on milestones, risks, and outcomes.

• Serve as a liaison between technical and business teams, ensuring clear translation of requirements, priorities, and value delivery.

• Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities, and drive resolution across stakeholders.
