The Opportunity:
The CACI Team is looking to add a Technical Project Manager to the current contract to provide analytical, reporting, and program management support to the PMO, Customer and oversee corporate IR&D activities. The Project Manager supports program oversight by tracking performance metrics and milestones, analyzing program and operational data, preparing executive-level reports and briefings, and supporting governance activities. The Project Manager will report to the Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager and serve in a capacity for the Department. The Project Manager translates complex program information into clear, actionable insights to support informed decision-making and successful execution of program objectives.
Responsibilities:
• Track, analyze, and report on program performance metrics, KPIs, milestones, and dependencies for government-led, vendor-supported initiatives.
• Monitor program health and identify trends, risks, and issues affecting cost, schedule, performance, and outcomes.
• Provide structured analysis and reporting to support data-driven decision-making by government program leadership.
• Collect, validate, and synthesize complex program, technical financial, and operational data from multiple sources.
• Conduct business and process analyses to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and improvement opportunities in program execution and oversight.
• Develop actionable recommendations to improve program governance, resource utilization, and operational effectiveness.
• Prepare executive-level briefings, dashboards, decision memoranda, and status reports for senior government officials.
• Clearly communicate analytical findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support government program managers and leadership through responsive, high-quality analytical support.
• Support program governance activities, including leadership reviews and working groups.
• Document decisions, track action items, and maintain issue and risk logs to support accountability and follow-through.
• Assist government officials responsible for contract and vendor oversight by tracking deliverables, monitoring performance data, and preparing summary analyses.
• Analyze current-state business processes and assist in developing future-state improvements.
• Develop, maintain, and organize program documentation, standard operating procedures, and analytical artifacts.
• Review program deliverables and reports to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with program objectives.
• Manages teams of technical and program management office employees
• Manage IR&D projects and respond to corporate data calls
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or Masters in a CyberSecurity related field.
• 10+ or more years of experience performing program analysis, business analysis, or analytical support for public-sector or government programs.
• Active Top Secret clearance w poly.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing executive-level reports and briefings for government audiences.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with process-mapping tools.
• Understanding of penetration testing, defensive methodologies, and network intrusion response
• Ability to design and deploy infrastructure
• Demonstrated expertise in drafting and coordinating correspondence, including coordinating with client stakeholders, driving collaboration and operational partnerships
• Demonstrated expertise in briefing an audience of varying technical expertise
• Basic working knowledge of computer infrastructure devices (routers, switches, etc.) and the application of those devices in enterprise networks
• Understanding of computer network exploitation concepts, tradecraft and tools
• Demonstrated deep understanding of networks with a network engineering background
• Certified ScrumMaster; Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP)

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
