Position Summary
The Technical Program Manager will lead complex, cross-functional technology programs within Wolters Kluwer’s global delivery framework. This role bridges business and technology, ensuring successful execution of initiatives that drive digital transformation and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Oversight: Provide guidance on software engineering practices, integration workflows, and Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
- GenAI and technology Initiatives: Good working knowledge of GenAI tools and able to drive such initiatives
- Implementing and supporting development of new tools : Ensure complete implementation of new tools throughout SDLC in India across verticals
- Program Leadership: Own end-to-end delivery of technical programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timelines.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with global teams across geographies, fostering transparent communication and resolving challenges proactively.
- Process Excellence: Develop and implement program plans, risk mitigation strategies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Reporting: Publish accurate and timely program status reports, metrics, and dashboards for leadership visibility.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: 12+ years in IT with at least 4+ years in technical delivery and proven track record managing distributed teams and complex programs.
- Technical background in Microsoft stack (.NET Core, C#, Azure), API design, and cloud-native architectures or equivalent stacks
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to work across cultures and time zones.
- Ready to code , develop and make hands dirty
Preferred Certifications
- Certification on GenAI tools
- PMP, PMI, PRINCE2, or SAFe Agile certifications.
