Job Description:
Run government incentive (R and D super deduction) process to improve structural cost for site in a sustainable manner.
Establish site business matrix to drive strategic engagement internally and externally (eg. Assets mgmt. for site).
Work with Finance to oversee site compliance and risk management to maintain lowest risk level.
Qualifications:
Candidate should have Finance working experience; semi-conductor factory working experience is preferred.
Has rich operational knowledge and background about Assy Test Manufacturing.
Experience in assets management and duty free controls processes and guidelines.
