We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead strategic programs focused on developing scalable, modern AI infrastructure and reference architectures. This role will drive innovative solutions to enable cutting-edge AI advancements, with a focus on leveraging NVIDIA GPU-based architectures and ensuring seamless integration into cloud-native environments. The ideal candidate will be an experienced program manager with a strong technical background, capable of collaborating across diverse teams to deliver impactful results in the competitive AI space.

Responsibilities:

Program Management:

  • Manage end-to-end program execution for AI infrastructure projects and initiatives, ensuring delivery on time and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop and maintain program roadmaps, milestones, and timelines, while coordinating efforts across engineering, research, product, and business teams.
  • Identify risks, challenges, and contingencies, proactively solving problems to ensure successful outcomes.

Technical Leadership:

  • Collaborate with teams to define and implement AI-focused system architectures, particularly using high-performance hardware like NVIDIA GPUs.
  • Provide leadership in designing scalable, reliable, and efficient development platforms optimized for AI workloads and workflows.
  • Support experimentation and prototyping for advanced AI solutions.

AI Infrastructure Development:

  • Guide efforts to build AI platforms optimized for training, inference, and deployment of machine learning models.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to integrate modern architecture patterns and best practices into cloud environments.
  • Oversee resource optimization for AI computations, enabling performance efficiency and competitive benchmarks.

Cross-Team Collaboration:

  • Foster collaboration between engineering, business leaders, external partners, and AI research teams to align program priorities and deliverables.
  • Act as a liaison to ensure seamless communication and shared goals across diverse teams working on related AI projects.
  • Promote accountability and transparency through consistent program updates and stakeholder reporting.

Strategic Contributions:

  • Lead initiatives that position the organization as an innovator in AI-driven technologies.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage NVIDIA reference architectures and modern AI tools to create new solutions and competitive advantages.
  • Champion best practices and standards for scalable AI infrastructure design.

Qualifications:

  • Program Management Expertise:

    • Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional technology programs.
    • Strong organizational skills, with a track record of coordinating complex projects across multiple teams.
  • Technical Background:

    • Solid understanding of AI systems, including hardware acceleration (e.g., NVIDIA GPUs), distributed systems, and cloud-based architectures.
    • Familiar with development platforms, frameworks, and tools used for machine learning (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, CUDA).
    • Hands-on experience with scalable cloud computing solutions (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container-based environments (e.g., Kubernetes).
  • AI Architecture Knowledge:

    • Experience in designing, deploying, and optimizing AI platforms for training and inference workloads.
    • Familiarity with modern development workflows such as CI/CD pipelines, automation, and performance tuning.
  • Soft Skills:

    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Adept at managing multiple priorities and delivering high-impact solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of NVIDIA hardware (GPUs, CUDA, TensorRT) and familiarity with AI-focused reference architectures.
  • Experience in building and scaling machine learning platforms or frameworks.
  • Understanding of AI trends, tools, and advancements in the industry.

The annual base pay for this position is: $124,800.00 - $187,200.00

F5 maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, geographic locations, and market conditions, as well as to reflect F5’s differing products, industries, and lines of business.
