Job Summary
• This role is responsible for managing and leading key quality programs involving multiple functions and teams to promote quality culture and drive quality improvements, and assessing risks and developing mitigation strategies. The role directs program strategy, budgets, resource allocation, and general requirements, while ensuring alignment with the business unit's strategy. The role communicates with stakeholders, collaborates with internal partners, and evaluates program plans for compliance.
Responsibilities
Lead failure analysis and root cause initiatives for field issues spanning BIOS, OS, FW, and HW domains.
Develop and implement targeted solution strategies for affected products based on technical assessments.
Manage executive escalations, ensuring prompt resolution and effective communication with stakeholders, including executive leadership, customers, and partners.
Provide regular status updates, both written and in-person, regarding critical issues and progress.
Collaborate with HP’s product planning, R&D architecture, execution, sustaining, customer service, and supply chain teams to drive issue resolution and continuous process improvement.
Education & Experience Recommended
Four-year or Graduate Degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in project and program management, quality, lean six sigma, or a related field.

The pay range for this role is $130,700 to $205,200 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
