Technical Professional Services - Advisor II

About your role:

As a Professional Services Consultant, Senior at Fiserv, you will deliver enterprise content management (ECM) solutions that help financial services clients improve business processes and operational outcomes. You will work closely with clients and partner with Program Management, Product Management, Development, and project teams to implement solutions that align to client requirements. Your work is important to successful project delivery, strong client relationships, and effective adoption of Fiserv technology.

What you'll do:

  • Analyze client business goals, operational needs, and process requirements to define solution scope and recommend implementation approaches
  • Create client-facing project documentation, including project scope documents, business requirements, gap analyses, test plans, test scripts, and training materials
  • Facilitate client meetings across the ECM project lifecycle to gather requirements, review progress, and support implementation activities
  • Configure Nautilus ECM based on documented client requirements, business processes, and operating environments
  • Deliver workflow processing and product-specific training that supports user adoption and operational readiness
  • Recommend improvements to client processing workflows and support ongoing use of Nautilus solutions
  • Partner with project managers and cross-functional teams to meet project milestones, deliverables, and implementation timelines
  • Identify opportunities for additional professional services or solution modules based on client needs

Experience you'll need to have:

  • 6+ years of experience in professional services, business consulting, banking operations, financial operations, or a related financial services environment
  • 6+ years of experience analyzing business goals, documenting requirements, and translating client needs into configured technology solutions
  • 6+ years of experience facilitating client meetings, producing implementation documentation, and supporting project lifecycle activities
  • Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, OneNote, Project, SharePoint, SQL, or similar business and reporting tools
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience

Experience that would be great to have:

  • Experience with Nautilus, OnBase, or similar enterprise content management platforms
  • Experience using Fiserv software solutions in a client-facing or implementation environment
  • Knowledge of budgeting, profitability, or forecasting processes within a financial institution
  • Experience developing training materials and facilitating end-user training sessions

How you'll work:

  • This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
  • This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment.

Travel: This role requires regular travel (10 - 25%).
