Merkle Arc is our flagship accelerator for unified web and app experiences. By combining a modern React/Next.js architecture, a tokenized design system, and standardized integrations into platforms like Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify, Magnolia, and Contentful, Arc enables brands to launch premium content and commerce experiences in weeks—not months or years.
Your Role
We are looking for a Technical Product Owner to drive the technical evolution, roadmap execution, and cross-team coordination of our accelerator.
Key responsibilities
1. Roadmap Execution & Backlog Ownership
2. Technical Leadership & Architecture Alignment
3. Cross-Regional Coordination
4. Quality, Reliability & Performance
6. Documentation, Playbooks & Internal Enablement
· 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Owner, Solution Architect, Senior Developer/Tech Lead, or similar role.
· Deep hands-on experience with headless architectures, React/Next.js, composable commerce, and API-driven integrations.
· Strong understanding of design systems (Figma, design tokens, Storybook) and reusable component engineering.
· Strong technical writing ability (user stories, documentation, acceptance criteria, architecture notes).
· Excellent stakeholder management — able to work with engineers, architects, delivery leads, and commercial teams.
· Comfortable working in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
· Fluent in English; more languages is a plus.
· Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify, Magnolia, Contentful, or other MACH platforms.
· Experience in enterprise delivery environments with multi-brand or omnichannel needs.
· Familiarity with GitHub/GitLab workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and automated QA frameworks.
Experience with performance optimization, observability, or DevOps concepts.
