Collaborate closely with delivery leads, technology leaders, and fellow Technical Product Managers to participate in solution design discussions and drive end-to-end solutioning across teams. Foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure cohesive and scalable platform solutions. Mentor Technical Product Owners (TPOs) at all levels, providing guidance and support to enhance product management capabilities. Define and communicate the platform product vision and strategy, and develop a clear, actionable roadmap aligned with business objectives. Serve as the single point of ownership for product definition and delivery within the assigned domain/platform. Engage with multiple business units to understand strategic intent and translate it into product capabilities. Create and manage a prioritized product backlog, ensuring alignment of features and user stories with strategic goals. Author epics and user stories, actively participate in agile ceremonies, and guide development teams through iterative delivery. Inspect sprint outcomes, provide meaningful progress updates to stakeholders, and lead end-user acceptance testing. Drive continuous improvement of existing features and development of new capabilities, focusing on operational efficiency, customer experience, and stakeholder needs. Balance end-user desirability, business value, and technical feasibility to deliver sustainable product outcomes. Champion platform modernization initiatives and advocate for technical debt reduction in conjunction with feature releases. Lead and develop Product Owners, ensuring consistent execution across the product portfolio. Manage the full product lifecycle across a diverse portfolio, including problem definition, process mapping, customer journey design, user research, prototyping, testing, and backlog prioritization in collaboration with design and engineering teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field and 5 years of experience in financial and accounting software, including Oracle ERP and EPM Cloud implementations; implementing, enhancing, and supporting accounting and procurement systems; collaborating with business stakeholders to translate strategic intent and business requirements into actionable user stories and architectural flow diagrams; building product roadmaps that align product vision with business goals, prioritizing and negotiating delivery scope and timelines, and balancing stakeholder needs with technical feasibility; and Agile teams to iteratively deliver high-quality, timely capabilities.
