How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Supports the T2 operator in the delivery of quality production throughput on a shift-by-shift basis.

  • Supports completes first off and Job pack sign off and takes responsibility for the team’s output.

  • Supports production team led investigations and can activity participate in developing solutions with the production team.

  • Understands the TPM requirements placed on them from the AM and PM Pillar.

  • Supports the TPM project teams in their area and plays an active role in the execution of TPM processes. Supports the NCR, BDA, Quality Alert, Customer Complaint and T-Card processes.

  • Supports developing of other team members to become T1 level within the team.

  • Provide input for the creation and implementation of standard work

  • Play an active role in the analysis of work using video analysis as part of kaizen

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrates a can-do attitude to resolve production related issues.

  • Possesses hands-on experience with all changeover processes, including filter management, flushing, pull-through, and line clearance.

  • Demonstrates solid knowledge of quality control requirements for their production line.

  • Capable of accurately completing all required documentation within the workspace.

  • Strong communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

  • Fully conversant with 5S

  • GMP compliant process experience

  • Exemplary safety awareness

  • Committed to delivering exceptional customer experience

  • Able to communicate clearly and confidently with diverse audiences
