1 定时巡查设备设施的运行状况,并填写巡检表  Check the conditions of facilities on site periodically, and mark down the findings and record.

2 按时抄录大厦水电表和录入电脑内 Record the data about water and electricity and save the data in computer.

3 按要求定时开启/关闭设备,节省用电 Turn on/off facilities as schedule and requirements for energy saving.

4 根据会议室预定计划进行场地布置和设备设施检测调试(包括并不限于VC, 电视墙,音响,投影仪等),将使用后的可移动会议设备收回备用,并关闭会议室空/调照明,及时复原 According to the conference room reservation plan, carry out venue layout and equipment and facility testing and debugging (including but not limited to VC, TV wall, sound system, projector, etc.), retrieve the used movable conference equipment for backup, and turn off the conference room's empty/adjustable lighting, and restore it timely.

5 完成客户临时(应急)需求维修服务 Follow up the ad hoc (emergency)requirement about maintenance and repairing from client.

6 完成管理人员日常巡查所发现问题的维修工作 Follow up the findings of daily check by management team

7 完成设备应急维修或跟进承包商维修工作 Complete equipment emergency maintenance or follow up with contractor maintenance work

8 跟进和安排承包商的入场和施工,协调相关方 Follow up and arrange the contractor's entry and construction, coordinate with relevant parties

9 完成日常工作的归总并形成书面记录,做好交接班工作 Complete the summary about daily work and records down, and do a good job of handover work

10 完成承包商责任外的日常设备设施的保养和填写工作记录 Complete the maintenance of daily equipment and facilities beyond the contractor's responsibility and fill in work records

11 及时向上报告设备设施/能耗/客服工作存在的问题 Report and escalate the problems on facilities, energy consuming and customer service

12 负责处理和关闭Corrigo上的工单;ATW和PTW的申请及管理 Take charge of and close the work order in Corrigo system;  Follow up the application of ATW and PTW

13 处理客户投诉,负责和业主以及客户关于大厦设施的现场沟通和跟进 Handle the complaint from client, communicate with landlord/BMO and client about building facilities.

14 查看和处理工作邮件,使用office软件处理工作数据和技术文件 Check and follow up the mails as daily work, edit data sheet and technical files of daily job with office program

15 支持每年两度的消防演练并完成统计工作 Support and handle the fire drill (two times in one year)and make statistic and report.

16 监督并要求物业保持办公场地的整洁度 Supervise and require the property to maintain the cleanliness of the office space

17 及时处理突发事件(如停电,停水,断网)并作出后续跟进和报告。 Timely handle unexpected events (such as power outages, water outages, and power outages) and make follow-up and reports.

18 针对一些办公室内的施工(消杀,维修,等)需要配合编写通知邮件。 For the construction (disinfection and sterilization, maintenance, etc.) in some offices, it is necessary to cooperate in preparing notification emails.

19 跟进上级安排的其它工作事项。 Follow up on other work tasks assigned by superiors.
