现场设备设施资产全生命周期管理，包括备件和耗材计划管理
制定客户现场设备设施巡检和维护计划，并按照计划安全、专业、高效的完成现场作业任务，零返工作业
勘察现场、设备设施运营风险识别和分析
制定设备设施运行维护计划和方案
设备设施问题跟踪解决
与现场客户保持良好合作关系，高效沟通协调，持续跟进现场事务
按时完成相关记录和报告整理提交
协调管理消防、空调、配电等供应商
跟进客户结算事务
工科类专业中专及以上学历
具备暖通、机电、装修等基本技能，能熟练看懂机电、土建、装修图纸
具备空调、低压供配电、办公建筑设施运行维护管理经验3年以上，物业维修和大型工厂厂务维修经验优先
熟练使用办公软件
英文读写能力
能独立编写设备设施运行维护方案、运维报告等相关文件
能独立完成报价等商务事务
持低压电工操作证、制冷操作证
能适应短期国内差旅和加班
