• 制定学校/办公环境的设施操作运行规程和维护管理计划，确保相关设备正常运行；
• 确保公共设施的基本维修，如照明，灯具，门锁等，巡视现场设备运行状况，及时发现问题及时解决；
• 响应并跟踪各部门提出的各类维修请求，确保设备正确安全的使用；
• 对学校水，电，气、空气质量进行统计并提出改善，能源运行成本管理及分析，提出降本节能之有效建议
• 协调监督外包商进入校园施工，保障质量安全及可靠性；
• 负责日常接报修沟通工作、工单管理并形成沟通闭环；
• 管理现场万能工工作
• 负责校园的EHS管理工作
任职要求
• 大专以上学历，机电、暖通相关专业背景，有EHS管理经验优先；
• 熟悉CAD软件，了解行业相关规定，能看懂机电等图纸；
• 持有高低压电工证优先
• 强烈的团队意识、责任心；良好的人际交往、组织协调和计划策划能力
• 熟练的中英文沟通能力
